HRH THE RAJA REMIGIUS KANAGARAJAH OF JAFFNA

I am deeply saddened to learn that more than 70,000 people have been affected due to the heavy rains and flash floods in the Northern Province. I would like to thank the Government, the Navy, Military personnel, officials and others who assisted in the rescue process. My thoughts and prayers are with those affected.
