THE ENTRANCE OF THE ROYAL PALACE AT CANKILI THOPPU IN NALLUR, JAFFNA

According to John. H. Martyn (Martyn’s Notes on Jaffna), The "Entrance Archway" to the Royal Palace at "Cankili Thoppu" in Nallur was acquired by the British rulers in August 1907. The Entrance Archway is sheltered by a roof and still being preserved.
