This is to bring to your kind attention the first name of Jerry Remigius Kanagarajah a modification as been done according to the juridical proceedings.

The Raja of Jaffna shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds documents and other writings and in all actions and proceedings as well as in all dealings and transactions and on all occasions use and sign the name of REMIGIUS JERRY KANAGARAJAH and he may hereafter be called known or distinguished not by the former first name of Jerry Remigius Kanagarajah but by the name REMIGIUS JERRY KANAGARAJAH.

The Raja of Jaffna authorises and requires all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by the adopted name of REMIGIUS KANAGARAJAH.
