H.R.H. RAJA REMIGIUS KANAGARAJAH OF JAFFNA

This morning I had a telephone discussion with the Municipal Commissioner of Jaffna, regarding the parapet wall issue near the structure called "Manthiri Manai" a heritage site and surviving section of the Royal Palace complex. The Commissioner mentioned the construction work has already been stopped on Friday 2 August 2013, by a Court order.
