Arya Cakravartti Dynasty

Released today, 02 June 2016, the Royal Standard of The Raja of Jaffna. The Personal Standard of The Raja of Jaffna was adopted in 2005, which is quit separate from the Royal Flag.

In 2016 the Personal Standard was redesigned.

The following changes were made: -

The previous version of the Coat of Arms has been replaced by the current Coat of Arms and the maroon inner border of the flag has been removed. The saffron colour of the flag has been changed to golden yellow.

According to Hindu mythology, for Thursday the colour of this day is yellow and the day of The Raja’s birth and his lucky colour. In the centre of the Personal Flag the Royal Coat of Arms is placed, with a maroon outline on a golden yellow background.

யாழ்ப்பாண அரசரின் தனிப்பட்ட கொடியின் மறுவடிவமைப்பு குறித்த அதிகாரபூர்வமான அறிவிப்பு

ராஜா அவர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட கொடியானது, 02 ஆனி 2016 இன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
யாழ்ப்பாணத்து ராஜாவின் இக் கொடியானது 2005ஆம் ஆண்டு மீளமைப்பு செய்யப்பட்டு
அரச கொடியை காட்டிலும் சற்று மாறுபட்டதாகவும் உள்ளது.

2016 ஆம் ஆண்டு இக் கொடியானது மறுவடிவமைப்பு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அதில் பின்வரும் மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன:

முந்தைய இராஜ அணிகலமானது அகற்றப்பட்டு அதற்கு பதிலாக தற்போதைய புதிய இராஜ அணிகலமானது பொறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. கொடியின் குங்கும சிவப்பு நிறமானது அகற்றப்பட்டு அதற்கு பதிலாக தங்க நிற மஞ்சல் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

சைவ மத புராதணங்களின் படி வியாழக்கிழமையின் நிறம் மஞ்சல் ஆகும். அத்தோடு ராஜா அவர்கள் பிறந்த நாளும் வியாழக்கிழமை என்பதனாலும் அவரது அதிஸ்ட நிறமாகவும் இது உள்ளது. பழுப்பு சிவப்பு (Maroon) நிற எல்லைக்கோடு கொண்ட இக் கொடியின் மையத்தில் இராஜ அணிகலமானது வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நறுமணம் நிறைந்த துளசி மாலையானது இவ் அணிகலத்தை சுற்றிலும் சூழப்பட்டு தங்க மஞ்சல் நிற பின்னணியில் உள்ளது.
