It is with great sadness I received the news of the passing away of His Highness Raja Kumaran Sethupathy of Ramanathapuaram, and hereditary trustee of the Ramanathaswamy temple in Rameswaram, has passed away at the age of 56 on 24th May 2022, Ramnad District, Tamil Nadu, in India.

On behalf of the Royal Family of Jaffna and myself, I extend our deepest condolences to Your Highness and to all the Members of the Royal Family and relatives during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace!
