It is with great sadness that we received the news of the death of Elangai John Naganathan, husband of Lakshmikanthi and father of Kuberan and Gauri. Son of Late Dr. E. M. V. Naganathan (Member of Parliament for Nallur) (Ilankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi - Federal Party), and Retnavathi Naganathan of Alaveddy. Brother of Late Mary Lakshmi Naganathan, Elangai Anthony Naganathan, Dr. Anne Nirmala Chandrahasan and Carmel Indhira Handy and Brother-in-Law of Samuel Chandrahasan, Dr. George Handy and Sister-in-Law of Kumari Naganathan. Passed away on19th July 2022, at the age of 83, in New York, USA. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
